How can I change my order?

  1. After an order has been placed, you will not be able to edit your order. If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us form with the details for the correct item(s) as soon as possible. Please include "update" and your order number in the subject line of your email. Our team may be able to help update your order.
  2. Orders tend to ship fast, so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to update your order before it ships. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
  3. Once shipped, unfortunately it is impossible for us to change anything about your order or cancel your order.

How do I cancel my order?

  1. If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please fill out our contact form with the word "cancel" as well as your order number

    in your message. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of M-F 9am-5pm CST. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
  2. Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".

How do I find my order status?

  As soon as you place your order you'll receive an email with a link to check your tracking and order status.

How do I place an order?

  Simply add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t take phone or email orders at this time.

How can I change my shipping address?

  1. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and include your order number, full name and new address. Orders tend to ship the same day and once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
  2. Even if your order has not shipped yet, it may still be too late to make any updates to your order.
  3. Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address, or cancel the order. You'll need to wait until your shipment arrives and is returned to sender.
